Yesterday was May 20th, also called “520” in China. For many people, it is a day about appreciation. At Shanghai Ruizhan, we kept things simple — everyone received a cup of milk tea, we took a few photos together, and had a short break during a normal working day.
Our boss and his wife also joined us for a photo. It wasn’t a big event, but after a busy period of production and customer follow-ups, small moments like this feel meaningful.
Most days, everyone is focused on their own work. Some colleagues follow production schedules, some communicate with customers, and some are busy checking orders and shipment details. So having a short moment together felt a little different from the usual routine.
The Team Behind Everyday Work
People usually see finished products, but rarely see what happens behind them.
In our daily work, many small details need coordination.
One order may involve size confirmation, color checking, production arrangements, and shipment timing. Sometimes customers need quick updates, and sometimes drawings/sample need repeated confirmation before production starts.
That is why teamwork matters.
Over time, working together every day also makes communication smoother. When problems come up, people already know how to respond quickly instead of starting from zero.
Why Stable Teams Matter in Long-Term Cooperation
For overseas buyers, cooperation is not only about products.
Many buyer collaborations last for months or even years, especially for custom orders. Clients are often concerned about smooth communication, the stability of repeat orders, and the speed at which problems can be resolved.People who understand the project, remember previous requirements, and stay involved over time often make work much easier for both sides.
Shanghai Ruizhan Looking Forward
This year’s 520 celebration was small — just milk tea, photos, and a short moment together. But sometimes, simple things are enough.
As Shanghai Ruizhan continues working on customized shutter projects, we hope to keep building steady relationships with customers and partners in the years ahead.
